Objectives for Season 53 were all met or even surpassed
1)Expand the team to 14 riders , to be able to field two entire teams.
MET : The only transfers were Yemelyenanko and V.Igumnov leaving . Amateur rider Urakov was bought , so was Strekalov.
2)Try to never be relegated lower than division 7
MET : better than this , we were even competent in a div 4 Tour ! most of the season we were in div 4/div 5
3) Have 5 results , so we can lock the merchandise level 3
MET : We got 8 results.
4) Sign at least one rider from the academy
MET : With URAKOV.
5) Fight Team Bobyn for the first place in Ukraine
MET : we beat him all season long !
6) Increase team value well above 900k
MET : We are above 1 Million .
7) Finish Greshnev s training to the maximum
MET : Done on the last day , Greshnev maxed at 48 overall.
8) Improve another staff member to the max
MET and surpassed : not only all staff was maxed to 95 , but a third bus driver was hired. We only need a PR to finish !

Season 53 Results - Rider by Rider
Transferred Riders
Robert Yemelyanenko : No top 50 in any race , Robert was sold to Team Bobyn where he started to have a top 9. He will not be missed but we are happy that he is still in Ukraine.
Valentin Igumnov : Signed in Spain in div 8 after being released by the team. He will not be remembered. His TT abilities are ok for div 8.
Newcomers
Osip Strekalov : HAs joined in the last few days , the versatile domestique is only 20 but already has 2 years of experience in the pro circuit. We expect
Vladimir Urakov : Has joined in the last few days , the rider was spotted by our academy coaches in a regional race in Vinnytsa and joined our academy for a while then signed his first pro contract. He is expected to be an absolute bomb in hilly sprints and will be part of the prestigious Archangel train.
Riders in the team all season and who will stay
Viktor Vanzin : Is not trained , no top 50 anywhere. We didnt expect much of him.
Stepan Grechko : A surprising 36th place in a TT , although he is not trained at all. Promising.
Anton Vyrypaev : No top 50 anywhere , a bit disappointing for this domestique.
Yury Igumnov : No interesting result for him , he is only maxed in SP , and despite average abilities in TQ and FR , it might be his only role to be a leadout.
Vlad Kosomov : Same profile than Igumnov. We don't know if we will train him. A teammate. A solid one.
Demian Kapriyanov : A superb season for a top member of the Archangel train. He won in a breakaway a div 5 race in Estonia , beating many strong riders. He missed a top 9 for 1 place only in a danish 4th division TT.
Arseny Dobrolyubov :
7 top 10 in club , and 2 top 10;s in the NT.
6 results in the year ,
including 1 victory in Brazil and a 3rd place in Puerto Rico in division 6
1 second place in a swedish race in div 5 and a 3rd place in paraguay in div 5
His main achievements were the extremely surprising victory of the Sprint classification in the Div4 Tour the race of the minutemen. This victory was snatched after a hard effort . He finished 3rd in the stage 6 of the race , and won the stage number 2.
He is our main leader and sprinter. A true legend of Ukraine.Already the 12th best performer all-time for Ukraine with 592 points. And he probably has 10 more years with us , most likely as the captain.
Aristarkh Astafyev : Our great lead out , the fastest in our team in pure sprinting , snatched 2 top 20's but greatly helped Arseny for the win . A pure jewel , we will keep him forever.
Filip Avandeyev : 1 top 10 (10th) , and 2 top 20 with our team. Filip is rarely a captain but also managed a top 13 in a world tour race for the NT. His only great result was a 5th place in the stage 6 of the race of the minutemen which is quite impressive.
Gordey Greshnev : Finally maxed at 27yo , he has been helping Arseny. He never really had the chance to run as a captain , apart from a 15th place in a kazakh race for versatile riders without help.
Mikhail Varennikov : No result for the old domestique.
Yulian Yevtuchenko : No result for the old domestique.
Team Objectives for Season 54 :
1) Have 8 results or more in the year
2) Have 3 victories
3) Develop V.Urakov fully as he is already 24
4) Expand the team to 16 riders. (2 more) If possible one from the academy and one young gun.
5) Beat Team Bobyn all season long :)
6) Bring a new rider to the NT
7) Try to develop TF for all my riders
8) Raise the team value to 1.2 millions

I fear objective may have been lost already as I am ahead :)...but as they say its a marathon not a sprint and we're see at the end of S54. Good Luck ahead !
